Consent for Electronic Signatures, Records, and Transactions

In this consent to electronic signatures, records, and disclosures (“Consent”), the words we, us, and our mean Advanced Check Cash Advance. The words you and your mean the consumer signing below. So we can provide financial services to you electronically, when you electronically sign below, you agree to the terms of this Consent.

Account Communications. This Consent addresses your rights when you get disclosures and information, use electronic signatures, and otherwise interact with us electronically. This Consent applies to all financial services with us, and includes applications, agreements, documents, notices, disclosures and other communications we provide to you in connection with these financial services (“Account Communications”).

Software and Hardware. To access and retain the Account Communications electronically, you will use standard software and hardware: A PC or MAC compatible computer or other device with Internet access, e-mail account, and an Internet Browser that supports commercially reasonable encryption. To read certain documents, you may need a PDF file reader like Adobe® Acrobat Reader X®. To make copies, you will need a printer capable of printing from your browser. You acknowledge that you have access to the provided email address using a system that meets the applicable requirements.

Paper Copies. You have the option to have Account Communications provided or made available on paper or in nonelectronic form. We will provide paper copies at no charge to you if you mail a request to our address.

Demonstration. If you are not transacting on a computer when you provide this consent, then we may request a response or use any other reasonable means which allows you to demonstrate your ability to access Account Communications.

Termination/Withdrawal. You may terminate this Consent by notifying us in a writing sent to our contact information above, at any time and at no charge to you. If you withdraw this Consent, the withdrawal will not affect the legal effectiveness, validity, and enforceability of prior electronic Account Communications.
